Cost plan for a local GP surgery in Ilford (London) for a large first floor extension on a steel frame, retaining the car park on the ground floor, including:

This extension/refurbishment has been designed to keep to car park on the ground
floor but erect a steel frame and concrete slab above in order to build a first floor extension, it includes state of the art treatment rooms. We do our very best to establish the customer’s needs and ensure they achieve the desirable finish but with all this in mind still consider cost saving strategies at every stage.
