Katie joined Bhangals as an Administrator in 2018 with no construction experience. Since then, she has been promoted to Client Service Executive and is now our Operations Manager. In her role, Katie is responsible for the following:

• Developing and improving business processes
• Bringing new ideas into the business to create new strategies
• Ensuring a smooth process for clients and employees
• Recruitment and staffing
• Line management to support colleagues

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I love having a team I can support, so it’s nice to know I can be there for people and help anyone who needs it. My role also has lots of variety, so I’m constantly doing different tasks.

As I’ve had experience being our client’s first point of contact, I love bringing new ideas to the table to ensure our clients get the best level of service.

What do your colleagues know you best for?

Being there for support or guidance and always on call if anyone needs anything.

What are your hobbies outside of work?

I’m a big foodie, so I love trying new restaurants and cooking at home. I also enjoy weekends away and visiting new places – and anything dog related!
