Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

Only one Offer may be redeemed per client or project at any given time. Offers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or incentives.

All Offers are valid for 14 calendar days from the date they are communicated to you, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing. After this period, the Offer will automatically expire and be deemed void.

Offers are not valid on projects that include or are based on:

• Schedules of Works
• Bills of Quantities
• Specifications
• Scope of works
• Projects with more than 10 drawings

We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Offer at any time, without prior notice and without liability. This includes Offers that have been previously communicated but not yet accepted.

We reserve the right to decline to apply or honour any Offer, even if you have seen or received communication about it. Offers are discretionary and subject to internal approval.

All Offers are subject to our full business terms and conditions, which take precedence in the event of any conflict or ambiguity. These can be accessed upon request or via our website.

We retain the right to not proceed with any Offer if circumstances change, including but not limited to project scope, client eligibility, or commercial viability.

Offers may be restricted to specific client types, geographic regions, or project categories. We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our sole discretion.

Offers are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual or business to whom they were originally issued.

Offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit unless explicitly stated.

An Offer is only deemed accepted once confirmed in writing by both parties. Verbal acceptance or assumptions do not constitute a binding agreement.

We reserve the right to cancel any Offer if we suspect misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity, including attempts to circumvent eligibility or combine offers.

Offers may be withdrawn or modified due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory changes, or supply chain disruptions.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly to affected clients.

Any personal data collected in relation to Offers will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws (e.g., UK GDPR).

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use any Offer.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any Offer, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to mediation administered by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) or a similar body agreed upon by both parties. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a binding obligation to provide services or discounts. Offers are made on a goodwill basis and may be revoked at our sole discretion.
